How can a business coach help me?

The question that I want to answer for you is, "How can a #businesscoach help me?"

Now, it's a really important question because when you are looking at investing in a business coach and let's face it, it is an investment, you want to know that there's going to be results at the end of it.

One key word that I want to give you is pivot. Let's think about that for a minute. What do I mean by pivot?

Well, when we are able to pivot in our business, we are able to change direction. We are able to move from where we are to where we potentially want to be.

But it's more than that, because when you hire a business coach, you are getting new ideas, new strategies, new ways of thinking in your business.

And it's even more than that. It can be a way of looking at things in a different perspective. Because, think about it this way, who is the key consistent in your business? Well, I'm betting it's you and potentially your staff. So we may have limited ways of thinking.

There's that saying, “You don't know what you don't know.“

Until you know a different way of doing things, you're probably not going to implement those things and it is going to affect your bottom line.

Because if you don't implement new strategies, then you are going to pretty much stay stuck at a particular level.

Now, you might gradually keep moving up, up, up, up, but I would suggest you that there will be a point where you will reach stagnation. And that's going to be a critical point for you to decide how you're going to move your business forward and in pivoting, your business coach will be able to help you with that.

If we look at the principle of - you don't know what you don't know, bringing someone new in with new ideas, new strategies and new ways of thinking is going to shift the energy around.

It's going to shift how you do things.

Maybe it's time to implement new policies, new practices, new systems into your business, and maybe you've been really reluctant to do that.

Now, a business coach will never ever know your business as well as you do but that doesn't mean that they aren't useful. Because pivoting is one of those key things, it is a mindset thing.

In our mind, we say, “Oh no, I'm going to play it safe or stay where I am.” Then that means you're going to get to that stagnation point a lot sooner. That's where that business coaching can give you a new perspective.

In terms of business coaching, you can also get help with your bottom line. Because ultimately it is about wanting to escalate our business. We want to take it up a notch.

We might want to scale, we might want to do a move in new direction, we might want to do different things and business coaching can definitely help you with that.

The key here is to have a chat to your business coach about what it is that you are looking to achieve and, ultimately, it's about putting those steps into place to getting from where you are to where you want to be.
