1 年Spot on! While interviewing candidates one time we had someone who was a 9+9+9, but in attitude (and likeability) was a big zero. We took a step back and asked ourselves, would we really enjoy working with this person everyday and how would they meld into our team? If the question is no, then hiring the 9+9+9 individual will bring down the effectiveness of the entire team. Everyone doesn't have to be BFFs, but its important to have some level of connection and likability within the people on your team.
