4.We sign the contract.
5.You pay the 30% deposit and we begin to produce the truck.
6.After 30-45 working days, the truck is finished.
7.You pay the rest balance and we arrange the shipping to send out truck.
How we produce your tow truck？
1.We buy truck chassis from SINOTRUK, or Shacman or FAW or other motor factory. You can choose the truck brand as your demand.
The truck chassis is like picture below:?
It will takes about 20-30 working days to produce the truck chassis. While waiting for the truck chassis,?we produce part of the upper.
After the truck chassis reach our factory, we begin to assembly the wrecker body and paint anti-rust painting:
After all the parts are assembly, we paint the final painting. The color and logo can be customized.
Then we test the whole truck. Before sending out , each truck will be tested. For testing tow truck, we'll use our tow truck to tow antoher truck, to check if the winch , hydraulic arm and rear towing device is workable or not.
After finishing the testing, we'll spray wax before shipping. The wax can be anti-rust.
