??How this busy accountant dropped 6 pant sizes with a simple formula...

Meet Doug one of those unicorn clients who follows the game plan to a T from Day 1.

We've been through a lot in the past year. He started with the group plan, got a taste for things en route to losing 40 pounds, and currently we're working in the Dojo (TM) to get that last stubborn layer off.

The best story about Doug is how he showed up to a job interview halfway through his transformation in his 'big guy' suit and was swimming in it (still landed the job, too).

Here's my Q & A with him:

?? Tell us about you in 5 sentences or less. Where you from? Are you a parent? Hobbies?

I am from Winnipeg. I grew up in small town in Southern Manitoba. I am a professional accountant. I like sports like Hockey and Football.

?? What led you to team up with Mitch and Calvert Fitness?

Struggled with weight and diabetes over past 10 years. Lost weight before but always bounced back. Started talking to co-worker who said he knew this guy through Facebook.

?? What dieting experience did you try previous to Calvert Fitness? Was there a reason you stopped?

No real fad diet but tried low calorie and semi-vegatarian. Failed because of no set plan to follow and hold myself accountable.

?? It's clear Calvert Fitness worked for you. Why do you think it worked when other diets may not have?

Set plan that is realistic and goals that are achievable.

?? What were your eating habits like BEFORE joining Calvert Fitness?

Lots of takeout, Wendy’s is my favourite.

?? Now that you've joined Calvert Fitness, how have your eating habits changed?

Hugh difference, seem to eat less but more full and not hungry as much. Editor's note: BIG key takeaway. More volume of food, but less calorie dense junk.

?? How much weight did you lose working with Mitch?

Dropped about 20 lbs prior to joining then another 40+ with Mitch.

?? How did your waist measurements change working with Mitch?

Dropped 5-6 pant sizes.

?? What were 3 non-scale victories you experienced working with Mitch (compliments, pants fitting etc.)

Clothes fitting more comfortable, compliments from neighbour's and friends on how good I am looking, better quality sleep.

?? If someone is thinking of joining up with Mitch, what would you tell them?
