Every successful CEO and Founder knows how much their own personal brand matters.?
↓ ↓ ↓
A personal brand boosts everything that you do.
In fact, 44 % of a company’s market value is dependent on the CEO's reputation.
→ Build your personal brand → fuel revenue growth to your company.
→ Not only will you get more inbound business to your current company...
... it will also make it easier to build new products and solutions because you can get fast feedback from your audience.
AND when you're starting a new company, you will hit the ground running instead of starting from scratch every time.
"If you can't build the audience, don't build the business" - Greg Isenberg

Build your personal brand and audience into an asset that will compound for you.?
→ START HERE:
? 1 - Decide what you want to be known for
Pick 3-5 topics - this should be a mix of your:
? 2 - Decide who you are writing for: Your ideal client (ICP)
Why?
The better you understand:
..the better content you will create and the more relevant people you will reach.
? 3 - Commit to how often you are going to post
I recommend:
Algorithms like consistency.
We see this clearly on all our data when we build personal brands for clients. Someone who posts 3 times per week and someone who posts 5 times will get completely different results, impact and reach.
→ Be consistent. It pays off.
? 4 - Decide formats and topics
If we post educative content every day, no one will want to follow and gradually you will lose interest from people.
→ Instead, do this:
Like this:
Monday: An inspiring/empowering post about people/culture/leadership Example
Tuesday: Personal storytelling
Wednesday: I teach people something (educative and/or social proof) Example
Thursday: Educative / Inspiring - listicle or observation/opinion Example
Friday: Something light; entertaining or making yourself relatable Example (or a poll like this one)

Saturday: Keep things light: inspiring/entertaining/lifestyle
Sunday: Personal storytelling; think hope, future, transformation, inspire.
→ About 89% of knowledge workers dislike their jobs. People need hope, encouragement and motivation. Example (I closed a 5-figure deal from this post, no discovery call, just email)
? 5 - Build a content library
Save images, topics, ideas, hooks, pictures, quotes, visuals in one place.
→ Preparation IS everything ←
? 6 - Decide how many times you will reach out to someone new through the DMs.
? 7 - Create a list of people to follow
This is probably one of the most important tips in this step-by-step framework.
This is a list you need to prepare of people to follow.
→ This is where you will place all of your comments.
→ Commenting is a HUGE part of growing an audience.
If you skip this, you will continue getting 5-6 likes per posts.
Which is a total waste of your time, energy and efforts.
And your business will suffer.
And who has time or energy for that?
Once you have created the list, block time in your calendar everyday to get this done.
? 8 - Repurpose your best content after 4-5 months
Don’t just copy. Make some tweaks to it.
Don't forget ???
→ Build this into a system and post 5-7 days per week. Once per day.
→ Post what people want to see on this platform, combine it with your offering.
→ Always pitch your offering in the comments.
→ Make sure you're profile is updated so you can convert ?? to ?? → here's how
