There is a chart which so-called the "Peter Morville Honeycomb" (https://medium.com/@danewesolko/peter-morvilles-user-experience-honeycomb-904c383b6886), which shows you all the different dimensions which can be used to improve the UX (user experience), i.e. out there that in the center is what is called VALUABLE and all the ones which are surrounding it are the ways in which could build a superior user experience.

Following what do these terms mean:

USEFUL: means that - Are the products and systems useful? USABLE: means- Is it a usable product? Is it easy to use? Ease of use is very necessary.

DESIRABLE: What is the value of the image, the identity, the brand created. Does it make the product desirable from the point of view of the user?

FINDABLE: Can users find what they want? Is it easy to search and identify? For example the features that you are trying to offer through the product, Is it easy to find those features?

The next is ACCESSIBILITY: Is it accessible to people with disabilities, that's a primary concern. Here it is also important to look at accessibility to people who may not have a disability but maybe finding it difficult to identify the specific things that they want to actually use.

Finally, we look at CREDIBILITY: Do users trust and believe that what you are offering is actually what is there in the product? Is your communication to the customer credible- is the question.

If you do all of these, then it becomes valuable.

So all of the above factors deliver value to the users and also to all the other stakeholders involved in the product.
