If you have machines, Someone else can buy better model ( Textile is biggest example)
If you have Idea it can be replicated ( Flipkart, Ola, Zomato and many others are example)
If you have deep pocket.. someone will have much deeper pockets (Paytm, JIO and many more)
When big group buy they don't buy company for just products or to eliminate competition, but they buy for Human Resource and culture.
But what is good culture in organization and how it can be achieved? Corporate got answer from sporting coach. They were able to keep there flock together like colony of Ants, Bees and many more. Each one is ready to sacrifice there life for the colony. There is no rat race to be leader. Employees are happy at there current position. The same can be seen at LIC of India. There will be not many people ready to take promotion, but they keep to enjoy the better commission year after year.
