How To Build Solutions Oriented Mindset

“Challenges are inevitable so are the solutions”?

This is applicable in our personal as well as professional lives too

The yardstick to measure our progress is the size and frequency of challenges we come across

Allow me to clear one thing: Challenges means facing unwanted situations for the first time and mistakes means which we are doing repeatedly.

Progress means moving ahead by overcoming challenges. It must not presume anytime that challenges have to do something with the repetition of mistakes.

Question is how to overcome challenges instead of giving up

You may know the answer which is told to us by almost all successful people i.e. “You must have a solution oriented mindset” but the actual question is?"how to build solution oriented mindset".

Before we start just give rest to your awesome multitasking ability aside and grab a cup of coffee or tea and if you don’t want to grab it still nothing wrong in that

You are right; the above instruction is not a tip but a suggestion to channelize your attention for the following tips which will help you in your life

Tip 1: Never waste time on blaming others i.e. instead of saying because of you this happened, ask how we can solve this?

Purpose of asking is to involve the person or people around you to derive the solutions because solution is the answer to challenges not blaming. It is not necessary that every time we can invent the appropriate solutions but people around us can.

Wishes come true: If you look for the scapegoat you will definitely have it and if you hunt for the solution you certainly have it too. Always watch out what you wish for?

Tip 2: First understand the cause of the challenge instead of inviting panic attack

E.g. People are using Google Pay or BharatPe to make the purchase but not from you but from your competitor. This is situation is simply called as “Sales going down the drain”

What action will you take now to understand the challenge?

Before you think please don’t allow to pop up the sign board of COVID -19 again in your mind. Agree, it was a paramount challenge in 2020 but now in 2022 it is high time if you have done nothing to deal with it. Though there are aspects where we are still struggling with the accurate solutions but still better than having no solutions at all.

Action:?Take the feedback from the customers (existing and would-be customers) then only you will understand the real problem and this will help you to invest time and money to build solutions. Millions of money is spent by the companies only to get the reviews or feedback not only to make sales but also to improve sales even if sale numbers are good enough.

Tip 3: Procrastination is a luxury which empower the challenges to bend you down and strike your confidence

I know it is easy to say at 10.00 am that tomorrow I will wake up at 5.00 am to execute my new Year's resolution may be called as - "Fitness All time" and virtually you are super prepare to say- "no matter what it takes i will do it" and when the alarm shouts with enthusiasm at 5.00 am to wake you the champion (you) then it is also become easy to hit the snooze or opting smartly for?alarm off?feature in the smart phone simultaneously you hear the voice of our soul saying to you “let me not get a flu by catching the cold, will the workout some other day, this is also the way of keeping myself healthy”?

Most of the time many of us get workout motivation especially from Sylvester Stallone's movie Rocky Part II or Salman Khan’s Sultan or any video from YouTube or by fearing by hearing the unfortunate news of some celebrity getting the cardiac arrest and dying early age.

Result: Your health and new year’s resolution both went for the toss. Mind it, such amazing giving up habits badly affects our confidence.

Action: Do not force yourself to move out in fog and start running in the freezing temperature but you can always do your workout by being at your own home.

Find way outs to reach your goal by changing the strategies but do not stop or give up.

Intentions to move ahead in spite of anything helps us better to build a solution oriented mindset.
