Put every step on paper.
- What are the 5 stages of your sales process?
- Why are there key questions, documentation requests and information that needs to be given at each stage without which the deal cannot progress?
- Who in your sales team has proven success so they can build out this sales plan?
- When in your weekly meeting will you review each stuck deal based on the checklists on your sales process document?
- How will you ask senior staff to train new team members on your sales document to make sure the learning lessons are transferred?
