December was anything but quiet for the team! We kept the energy high, delivering dynamic in-person and online workshops to clients across the globe.

Amanda Downs had the pleasure of working with UK clients to bring their teams together for a live Academy, featuring an exciting session on the brand-new Planning Purposeful Partnership training model.

Mark Francis went virtual with the ever-popular Train the Trainer workshop, engaging participants from as far away as the Pacific Islands (talk about a far-reaching impact!). Meanwhile, Chester Robinson flexed his Spanish skills alongside Uspire’s LatAm partner, Gaby Calvet, delivering an engaging Objection Handling session for an international sales team.

Back in the UK, we wrapped up the year with some festive cheer! Our Network members enjoyed a delightful Christmas lunch in London, capping off a thought-provoking “Your Member Needs You” session. These collaboration events always shine, with members pooling their collective wisdom to tackle business challenges together.

Episode 10: Community Connection with Charly Andrews

In this episode Amanda was thrilled to sit down with Charly Andrews , Head of Commercial Sales at the Royal Bath & West England Society. Charly shares many inspiring stories, including about how she helped adapt the Ashton Gate Stadium during the COVID-19 pandemic. As the venue’s sales manager, Charly led her team through uncharted territories. The stadium became the UK's first super vaccination centre in January 2021, with even the Prime Minister attending the opening.
