There were about 50 of the students in that training. The resource person was Sri Lankan. He told us to stand holding each other's hands like U Shape. Then he stood right in the middle of it all and gave a message to the boy on his left side and told him to pass that message to the person next to him. In this way, everyone started passing the message to each other. In the end, the person on his right gave the message to the trainer. At one point, it was seen that the letter had changed entirely. The reason for telling the story is that he did not listen to the message correctly, resulting in the split. This needs to be better Communication.??
