Workshop Synopsis:

Workshop Facilitator:
The session will be facilitated by Mr. Chand Narayan - an HR specialist (XLRI), and a Leadership Facilitator & Coach (GE, DDI & IIM Bangalore).
In his last corporate role as Head of HR & Group Head of OD for Network18, Chand played a key role in CNBC TV18's growth from about 600 employees to about 6,600 employees through 30+ start-ups, acquisitions and JVs in a period of about 3 years between 2005 to 2008, while simultaneously making it a ‘Great Place To Work’ (Best place to work in Media in India. Great Place To Work Institute, India and The Economic Times) in 2008 & 2009.
During his earlier stint with GE Capital, in his role as HR & Training Leader for his Service Delivery Unit, his business had scored amongst the highest ratings on HR parameters amongst 23 Service Delivery Units in India in GE's internal Q&GS (Quality & Growth Survey), including amongst the highest employee satisfaction levels and the lowest attrition level.
His people practices were benchmarked as a best practice within GE and subsequently in the ITES industry, and was published by the National HRD Network in their book ‘Perform or Perish’.
He will be sharing these unique and practical insights and methods with the workshop participants.
