3 年David Green What a great topic. Individuals (called people, talent, competence, employees, workforce) are the core ingredients of any organization. My first exposure from my mentor JB Ritchie implanted in me the adage "organizations don't think people do." While I have added "organizations shape how people think, do, and feel", individuals are still the core of any organization. Employee experience is a lead indicator of almost all stakeholder outcomes (business strategy, customers, investors, communities) And, the ways to study employees has continued to evolve.... this is a wonderful interview on employee experience as a next step. Thanks for sharing. https://www.dhirubhai.net/pulse/whats-your-experience-employee-dave-ulrich/
