Continually learning and improving on your own is crucial, but that learning becomes more powerful when done within an organizational culture of learning.?
Deanna has two pieces of advice for building a culture of learning:

2 å¹´Fully agreed with these points. As jobs continue to transform, we have to open ourselves up to learn new skills and lessons. Cultivating a learning culture should definitely be a top priority for company leaders.

2 å¹´That is how I always manage my teams, which is why my teams are always ahead of other teams continuously growing and still together unlike other teams within the company who either leave or move departments. I believe in learning by doing and one only learns from failure/mistakes. No failure/mistakes no learning. And no one person knows everything!
