HOW TO BUILD A CULTURE THAT GETS PEOPLE LINING UP TO WORK FOR YOUR ORGANISATION

All people at work want the same thing, be they the people doing the frontline work, be they the leaders, managers, owners or CEOs. What do they want?

They want passionate and committed people with them. People that do their job well so they can do theirs. They want people that are like minded and people also want to be great at their own job and recognised for it. SIMPLE.

What is the problem then? Perspectives. The lens we look out from is informed by our expertise experiences, knowledge and beliefs. This includes beliefs about what is meant to be achieved. Imagine a fishbowl. You and all your people looking at it from different angles. You all see something different, some slightly, some completely, depending on the angle. The angles are perspectives. Your people need to see the whole fishbowl. That means a framework that allows people to understand other people's perspective. That means everyone being on board with the mission. 70% of organisational change strategies fail, in large part due to employee resistance. A new approach is needed.

We all need people that we trust people that inspire and are inspired by us. SIMPLE.
