Here’s how to flip the script and build a business that works for you, not the other way around:

Your business should fit your life, not the other way around. Ask yourself: What does your ideal day look like? How much time do you want for family, hobbies, or just relaxing? Use that vision as your guide when designing your business.

2. Leverage the Power of Groups

If you’re spending all your time working one-on-one with clients, it’s time to rethink. People grow faster in group settings—whether it’s a mastermind, a community, or a group program. Plus, group models help you scale your impact without sacrificing all your time. And if you think Facebook is dead, that’s ok - find another platform where you can build and connect in a community.

3. Work With the Right People

Not every client is the right fit, and that’s okay. Think of your business like hosting a dinner party: Would you invite this person? If not, they might not be the best fit for your offers.

When you focus on working with people who align with your values and energy, everything flows more smoothly.

4. Be Unapologetically You

Your business is an extension of who you are. Stop worrying about pleasing everyone and focus on being authentic. The more you show up as yourself, the more you’ll attract clients who value what you bring to the table.

Building a business that works for you starts with clarity. When you align your offers, schedule, and clients with your goals and values, you’ll find that everything feels a little lighter—and a lot more fulfilling.
