How To Build A Business That Fuels Business and Your Life

For years, I chased revenue, but money you don’t keep isn’t really yours.

Which business model is better? $100k per month at 10% profit or $80k per month at 20% profit?

Chasing big numbers isn’t always the best.

Ego loves big revenue, but confidence loves cash.

The past year felt like two steps back to go three steps forward. Reinventing a business takes deep thinking and planning. It’s easy to start a business and hustle, but before you know it, the business runs you.

Money isn’t everything—energy matters too!

My energy comes from mentoring, creating, and presenting. I love solving problems, turning complex ideas into simple solutions, and helping people make an impact.

Your business should give you freedom, but there’s no freedom if it steals your time away from what you love—time, choice, and flexibility.

2023 taught me the value of saying NO to create a path to my ultimate YES—the YES that comes with having a business and life you love. Saying NO takes boundaries, courage, and knowing yourself.

So, I made some big and tough decisions for 2024.

The plan is set, and we’re on track. Apart from money, I measure things by energy—does this give me energy or drain it? In business, that’s called PROFIT.

The PLAN?

Cut away anything that doesn’t get me to my goal faster, easier, and more efficiently. It’s about doing less but doing it better.

  1. Launch our 5-Day High Converting Offer course: A challenge that shows consultants how to create an offer that makes them $10k/month using LinkedIn. It’s the same method we used to reach $1 million in less than a year.
  2. Use LinkedIn Events + Newsletters: Build a list of future customers, nurture them with daily value-driven content, and make regular offers to join workshops.
  3. Run live paid workshops and events: Teach strategies to help consultants optimize their offers, generate leads, and close sales. These workshops will be affordable, with offers to join our Expert Program for those ready for faster results and personalized support.
  4. Start the Expert Arena (Capped at 80 members): A community of Expert consultants we will mentor to build a $500k consulting business with a marketing process that attracts qualified clients each week.
  5. Launch Expert Accelerator (Capped at 20 members): For consultants making $30k+, we’ll install our marketing engine into their businesses to drive leads and optimize their offerings, aiming to reach $1 million+.
  6. Invite-Only 1:1 Private Coaching (Capped at 10 clients): Currently, I have 6 clients.

This plan gives direction, momentum, and room for course correction. I’m focused on the path ahead and the actions needed to execute it.
