How to break your bad habits

There is a bad habit you want to break.

You have tried SO many times, but you can't just get rid of it.

There are plenty of bad habits. Here are the most common that clients share with me when they first get in touch:

?? Smoking

?? Not sleeping enough and staring at screens right before going to bed

?? Not drinking enough water

?? Getting a takeaway 7 days a week

?? Not taking time to care about themselves because of work or family duties. This is an extremely common bad habit. I hear it too often!

You simply won't be able to get rid of a bad habit and leave a void.


That void needs to be filled.


?You can fill that void only by replacing bad habits with good, healthy, simple habits.
