Stuckness, we all experienced it once or many times in our life and curriers.

But fortunately, it usually disappears just as quickly.

Still, this gets you thinking about what's going on. It's something prevalent in the lives of those with a lot of responsibilities and attachments.

Those who have to juggle two or three jobs and a family, single dad or mom, those who have to work hard and help their sibling overseas and sacrifice to send half their income and find that the other side always complain and unsatisfied , in my case my young brother told me that he wish me dead, and misfortune etc., because I refused to help him any longer , he is 35 years old with few adult kids and a new wife , let the first wife go and have a good job but he is greedy .

I told him that he must focus on his work, family and don’t waste the money on alcohol, smokes and parties. I have no money tree here in Canada.

The good news is that you can overcome this feeling with a bit of work and some lifestyle changes. And of course saying NO to those who are using you .

You already have a clear vision of how you want your life to be.

You know more or less what actions to take to try and free yourself from this feeling of being stuck.

Probably the one thing that stands between your present and future self is this blurred thought pointing out the lack of necessary resources or current circumstances that will enable you to get off the wheel.

The disturbing reality is that it's something you allowed yourself to slide into, like association with negative friends and family members, those who limits your ability to progress.

But the power to find change is also there.

When you acknowledge the situation and commit to taking action, you'll become aware of the means needed to overcome these obstacles. Do not repeat the same patrons, learn from your mistakes, be kind and honest yet strong and smart, don’t allow people to use you and take advantage of you.

You need to find the inner strength to remove that self-sabotage responsible for creating blockages, and remove the bad negative circle of friends and family members from your life.

The first thing is to set you free from this state of mind.

Believe it or not, some people actually enjoy being stuck. They're used to it. It's like a comfort zone for them. So, be honest with yourself and identify a genuine desire to move on. People get stuck with bad situation because he or she they love the other person who don’t give a dime about you, or always honest and helpful to those who don’t care about you.

To move on is to clear the path, focus on the present and work toward the future and your dream, and never look back, only to stop and reassess and recharge. You have to go deeper to find meaningful aspirations.

At this point, you've already covered half the way. As for the other half, you have to find the motivation, the courage, and open mind to discuss and try new things.

A year ago, I discussed a personal issue that gravitated around this feeling of been stuck with my best friend.

I felt like I was struggling both financially and socially. Yet, deep down, I knew that this was not how it was supposed to be, but I couldn't see the forest for the trees.

My previous job didn’t address the challenges, they didn’t give me pay increase in 10 years, no job progress at all, nepotism took over and they hire their unqualified family members and gave them promotion and control. I got laid off when China virus hit Canada for 6 months, then 5 months part time and another 6 months with 2 or 3 hours cut.

So I quiet and moved on to a better job, with better wages and promotion, less stress and more friendly environment and helpful management , I felt like I am in a real team, a team who not just working together and helping each other , but trust each other.

I found out that I was using half of my spiritual and financial potential.

My self-sabotage level was obviously elevated and one of the reasons why I was feeling stuck. I was worrying about my comfort zone. I instantly resonated with his words and quickly was able to articulate the problem. This confirmation led me to a powerful yet underrated approach:

The process behind affirmations is relatively straightforward: we rewire our brains to overpass or ignore the zone beyond the comfort zone and our worries; I called it the Stuckness zone.

Through repetition, meditation, worshiping the lord, and pray to God and only God, you can open up new pathways and literally change your mind to serve you better. You must trust in yourself and ability.

This subconscious bypass will eventually align your daily life with these affirmations. Therefore, everything will adapt accordingly and right before your eyes. You do your best and God will do the rest. Trust in him. Don’t trust your manager promises.
