How to break Free from Routine?
If you want to change your life, change your routine. If you bored with life, experiment a little. The best therapy in the world can be, taking a break from routine.

1. Say No To Negativity
2. Take A Break From Social Media.
3. Smile At A Stranger.
4. Ditch The Sweet Tooth.
5. Walk On The Edge.
6. Disconnect.
7. Listen to New Music.
8. Lunch with someone you never had lunch with
9. Lunch in a New Setting.
10. Random act of kindness
11. Get Lost. Ever heard of psychogeographic dérive?
12. Do One Thing You Love.??Getting a massage, going on???a long bike ride, spending an afternoon at the library, going for a swim… How long have you been postponing? We all have things we want to do but rarely make the time for them. Stop waiting.
13. Leave A Bigger Tip.
14. Spend A Day On Your Own.
15. Read A Book In One Day.
16. Find A New Café.
17. Be Bold.
18. Brush Your Teeth With Your Non-Dominant Hand.
19. Invite yourself for brunch
20. Invite someone you have never invited
21. Visit a school - poor / rich.
