Nowadays, being an employer is a real adventure.?Technology, innovation, and demographic changes have an impact on the work environment transformation and implicitly on the employees' environment. People want to be appreciated (employees deserve more than a "Thank you", people come before the figures, they are also the ones who make them),??they want autonomy (translated into the flexibility necessary to make decisions and initiate actions with an impact in increasing the performance of the organization), employees need to be trained even if sometimes we grind the thought that we invest in people and maybe they leave,??but what do we do when we do not invest in them and they remain in the organization?; employees need to be connected to the vision, to the mission, and to be part of the development and implementation of tactical plans. That means creating a connection between the employee and the company's vision. It is important to know our employees, considering the fact that people are both - sense and sensibility(we make emotional choices and analyze them in a rational way). People need to be inspired; besides stability, it is important to offer them perspectives, and programs that stimulate collective intelligence and deliver inspirational experiences to them). One of the basic actions in creating an organizational culture but also of an optimal climate is also increasing the motivation of the employees. For example, one of the motivations of people to go to work is the increase of the power of purchasing.
