Whilst the prospect of AI seems exciting, there is a greater need to be cautious whilst utilising and considering AI adoption.?
We discussed some of the nuances that AI presents, including the fact that although AI may sound confident, it doesn't necessarily mean it is correct. As the name implies, Microsoft's AI tool is called Copilot, not?Autopilot. This means it is important to ensure the individuals using this Generative AI tool are carefully considering the information they input into Copilot to get optimum results.
Practical Applications of Copilot
We delved into some of the business processes Copilot can add value to across various business functions: Sales, Marketing, Finance, Customer Service, Legal and HR.
We highlighted the KPIs that can be derived and leveraged to build a business case for utilising AI in your organisation to enhance productivity and improve business outcomes.
A few of Copilot's latest features?including?summarising meetings, creating tables from lists, and drafting documents for proposals were also reviewed.
