Management isn't just about creating strategy and solving roadblocks. I believe another important part of the job is helping your team bond and feel connected — which ultimately should help them operate better as a team.

Aim to have regular team-bonding activities (I personally aim for 1x/quarter).

Things to keep in mind: Make sure the activity you're selecting will work for all personality types (for example, a game where you have to unmute and shout out answers will not be a fun game for introverts), and make sure you're being thoughtful about in-person vs. virtual depending on where your team is located.
