How bold can I go?

In an angel meditation last week, I was gifted with keys to courage, foresight, and divine living. Great! But at the back of my mind was the fleeting panic of "Erm...so why would I need courage?"
Given my life challenges, I've always considered myself fairly fearless (that's usually how our unconscious fears and self-limiting beliefs join forces to lull us into a false sense of security). If I now suddenly need more courage, I can certainly expect a curveball of biblical proportions.
"Biblical proportions." An interesting choice of words flowing from my heart through the keyboard.
In my last article, I shared my trepidation of stepping fully into my divinity. It's easy to say that "we're spirit in human form" and "I am," that we're "light and love," and all the adorable phrases claiming our spiritual maturity. At the end of the day, these are really just words. When given the opportunity, do we commit to the practice?
Turns out the courage is for tackling the topic of spirituality in business.
ARE ALL ONLINE SPIRITUAL SPACES SAFE SPACES? I THINK NOT.
A quick trip into a recent trauma, I was publicly bullied in a group of 34,000 spirit-led, heart-centered women entrepreneurs for presenting an unpopular opinion about their group practices.
It was not a safe space.
One would think that being in a group of 34,000 spirit-led, heart-centered women entrepreneurs, there would be healthier ways of resolving conflict.
And that's just one example.
In modern-day marketing, this misuse, misinterpretation, and manipulation of "spiritual" labels are rife, often used in conjunction with abundance. It's as if to say the abundant ones are the spiritually evolved entrepreneurs, and where money isn't flowing is the contrary. Try selling that to Mother Teresa.
WHY THE NEED FOR VIBRATIONAL ALIGNMENT? BECAUSE SELF-CARE IS NO LONGER ENOUGH.
When I first founded the Vibrational Marketing Institute (VMI), in my heart I was clear that it was about vibrational alignment: There is a vibration of abundance, and there is a vibration of lack.
For abundance to flow, there is a physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual layer that each needs to be in alignment with your highest self.
What's currently happening in the marketing world, especially for solo entrepreneurs, is that they are over-doing, over-thinking, emotionally avoiding, and spiritually bypassing in pursuit of more clients and more money in the bank.
These behaviours don't represent a flow of abundance.
It leads to physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual exhaustion. It's a fight for survival. For those who practice self-care, it's a momentary reprieve before they step back into an industry that depletes them physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
The VMI curriculum is clear: It's a practical program. With enough theory elsewhere about quantum physics, neuroscience, and metaphysics, this is a place of calibrating our vibration. A space of facing our abundance blocks head on knowing we can't over-do, over-think, emotionally avoid, or spiritually bypass our way around it.
The tools we use at VMI are available to anyone for free, no sign-up required. The aim has been to remove the barriers to vibrational marketing for those who would like to explore energy as a communication channel and their vibration as the message.
"NO, THANK YOU. I'M CURRENTLY FOCUSED ELSEWHERE."
It's been almost a year of offering these free tools to entrepreneurs outside of VMI, especially the spiritual ones, to bring empathy into marketing and deepen their connection to those they're here to serve.

Most have declined.
I understand. 27 archetypes seem like a lot of unnecessary work. A burden even.
With the Conscious Collaborators Hub, I've invited solo entrepreneurs to support one another with their time, energy, and love and get some time, energy, and love in return.
Most have declined.
It makes sense. We're all already sharing on social media and giving and getting all the love we need.
So what's this extra dollop of courage I've been handed supposed to catapult? The obvious gap in the general unwillingness to walk the talk? The topic that the recovering people-pleaser in me has been avoiding within a business context?
This physical, mental, emotional, and vibrational alignment I speak of is Christ consciousness.
Irrespective of our core spiritual beliefs, isn't that the characteristics of 5D ascension - bringing heaven to earth - that's such a hot topic within spiritual circles?
Christ consciousness refers to a heightened state of awareness, often associated with spiritual awakening, love, unity, and divine wisdom. It transcends religious boundaries and focuses on embodying the qualities attributed to Jesus, such as unconditional love, compassion, forgiveness, and selflessness.
These are the qualities that "spiritual" people claim to have, you know, the 34,000 spirit-led, heart-centered women.
It's also where unity consciousness makes its way into the discussion.
At its core, Christ consciousness is about realising one's connection to the divine and recognising the shared divinity in all beings. It encourages individuals to live with a sense of purpose, aligning their actions and thoughts with higher principles of love and truth.
Key elements of Christ consciousness include:
Christ consciousness is not exclusive to Christianity. It is a universal spiritual concept that resonates with seekers across different traditions. It serves as a reminder of humanity's potential to embody divine attributes and co-create a more harmonious world.
So circling back to VMI... While I knew this in my heart, it was the people-pleaser in me that wanted to keep it neutral. It was my fear of embracing my own divinity; my fear of alienating past, present, and future members; and my fear of mixing business and spirituality on a platform that's predominantly business.
Now that I've said it, it's really no big deal.
The line's been drawn...
At its core, the Vibrational Marketing Institute is about bringing Christ consciousness into marketing. It provides tools, available freely to everybody everywhere, for embodying what we preach.
It's a choice.
I know I can't choose for everyone else, so I've chosen for myself.
I'm Grant Fortuin a stay at home husband and father of one. Living life to the fullest.
