How Big Hitters Speak with Confidence & Influence.

How Big Hitters Speak with Confidence & Influence.

Here's all the video from my recent post about 'Speak like a billionaire'.

Click the link below to see the most definitive example of this industry icon speaking and pushing their brand.

The original post is here...

In this post I mentioned the following celebrities.

(I don't expect you to like all of them, but that's NOT my point).

?? Elon Musk was awkward on stage, now he dominates global keynotes.

?? Adele suffers from stage fright but still commands arenas worldwide.

? Tiger Woods had a childhood stutter, yet became golf’s most recognized voice.

???? Barack Obama wasn’t a natural speaker, but speech coaching made him legendary.

?? Richard Branson was painfully shy but mastered storytelling to lead 400+ companies.

?? Muhammad Ali went from soft-spoken to one of the greatest motivational speakers ever.

?? Rowan Atkinson (Mr. Bean) had a speech impediment but built an iconic career.

?? Margaret Thatcher refined her voice to become the Iron Lady of politics.

? David Beckham went from nervous to a global sports & fashion leader.

?? Warren Buffett overcame extreme speaking anxiety to inspire millions.

?? Gandhi once dreaded speaking, yet his words moved a nation.

Effective speakers don't have to be great ones.

The rest of their legacy should take care of that.

They do need to do this though...

  1. Access their expertise immediately.
  2. Know what they stand for (or are an expert in).
  3. Be able to communicate this in real time with a live audience.
  4. Stand by their convictions when scrutinised for what they said.
  5. Bond with mutual respect for their audience (even if they dislike each other).
  6. Know how engage their audience the way they want to be addressed.
  7. Leave before they overstay their welcome.

That's all.

Each of those speakers has completely different styles and agendas but when you see them talk, you instantly feel...

They're speaking my language

  1. They're speaking to me.
  2. Under other circumstances, I could possibly be their friend/ hate them less.
  3. Maybe I should look deeper into this subject, they may actually be right.

How do they do this?

They act as if they're having a conversation WITH YOU.

Instead of just talking AT YOU.

It has all the elements of a 1 to 1 conversation except, it's never your turn to speak.

Take a look at Barack Obama...

This clip is from his 2004 DNC speech which launched him into history.

He went from Average Speaker to One of the Best Ever

Now, lets examine Adele.

The incredible multi Grammy winning singer.

She hates public speaking yet when onstage enthrals her audiences with true stories and confessions before launching into her incredible songs.

They adore her for that and forgive a lack of polish, even appreciating her empathy and vulnerability.

This is when she won an award and said something very special after getting it...

Very far from being polished.

But the authenticity is incredible.

So how about you?

You don't have to be polished like Obama, you can be vulnerable and brilliant like Adele.

You just have to be you.

Public Speaking is a Superpower.

Training makes you excellent at it.

I know this firsthand.

I’ve spoken in front of massive global audiences, trained CEOs, mentored politicians, and helped leaders OWN the stage.

If you fear public speaking, you’re not alone.

But guess what?

You CAN master it too.

?? DM me for elite-level coaching. Let’s get you from stage fright to standing ovations.

?? Tag a friend who needs to read this!

Let's talk soon...
