How big dreams come true ??

When was the last time you had a Big Dream but were afraid to talk about it?

Have you ever been scared to tell a friend, colleague, or family member what your dream is... just because you were afraid of their judgment?

If you are like my wife Martina Juhas , you probably don't speak aloud about your dreams.

• You are afraid of thinking big.
• You don't discuss your 10x plans with anyone anymore.

It's lonely and frustrating.

In the last three years, Martina has been silently planning on winning a dog show competition.

She learned everything she could about whippets, our favorite breed.

She networked with breeders and other dog owners. It feels like she knows random dogs in Slovakia and Czechia by name, including their owners' names.

She also practiced with a dog trainer on how to win a dog show competition.

She got a new friend to support her when others did not believe in her dreams.

And last week, our dog won 1st place—twice in two competitions!

1. Learn everything you can about the topic. Instead of spending an hour scrolling the IG feed, what course can you enroll in?
2. Network with experts. As an example, I interview industry experts on my podcast. It helped me get to know several HR industry leaders in a short timeframe. What can you do to get to know people in your niche?

4. Get additional support. Who can help you on your journey? Can you join a new network or group?
