The adverse effects of a climate change on life and property are well-documented. Therefore, experts should leverage big data to fight climate change and create a more sustainable planet.

Melting glaciers are causing the sea level to rise, most countries are prone to earthquakes, coastal areas are susceptible to tsunamis, global warming is becoming a real problem. News items around such issues are becoming an everyday affair. But that does not mean the seriousness of the situation can be ignored.
