How BHSOFT makes remote working a success

The deepening situation of SARS-CoV-2 has taken its toll on all of us. We all have to ask the hard questions and make the harder choices.

Here at BHSOFT, we all make great attempts to get through the situation and still manage to successfully deliver projects to our clients.

We all take responsibility and try our best to make the most out of remote working. I would like to share how we’ve made it during the Covid Era:

• We all follow a strict schedule: Despite working from home, we still set work hours just like we are working at the office. All BHSOFT employees are required to strictly follow the schedule. Everyone must be clear with colleagues and their managers about their work hours.
• Everyone is supported to the maximum in terms of setting up a smart home office. All essential equipment is provided to our employees to ensure good work performance.
• All teams make extra effort to communicate with each other: Daily check-ins, virtual phone calls with co-workers, leaders and director boards to frequently share the progress of on-going projects. Slack, Skype, Trello, Jira are greatly utilized. 
• Encourage and emotionally support all members: Frequent updates on WFH situation, asking how the remote working has been working out for them as well as listening to their opinions for further improvements. Reward employees who performed excellently during projects. 
• Virtual get together: Happy Hour is still organized virtually: virtual pizza party, small contest to keep members motivated!
• Keep the routine: All activities and progresses are kept track of via multiple communication channels. Urgent updates will be well informed to all BHSOFT members.

Unity is the key to get through the pandemic and all BHSOFT members are making great efforts to help the whole company overcome the situation.
