How BEYOND guarantees the quality of wellhead tools?

BEYOND Supply different kinds of wellhead tools, such as manual tongs, slip and pneumatic spiders which are designed and manufactured according to API Spec 7K for drilling and well servicing equipment; elevators and links which designed and manufactured according to API Spec. 8A/8C; and some other spares, such as inserts and dies, stabbing guides, elevator balancing strap, wiper and torque sensor.

Here is our equipment for production and inspection:

1. Heat treatment production line with fully automatic control
2. 1000 electro-hydraulic servo modulating pressure testing machine
3. Digital ultrasonic flaw detector
4. Super-low temperature detector
5. Metallographic examination

All production and testing follow strict procedures, taking elevators for examples, the following shows how we guarantee the quality:

5 times inspection at least, 2 times magnetic particial inspection for surface(5mm) inspection; 1 time ultrasonic inspection for inside; loading capacity?test with 1.5 times rated loading capacity; and open and close test after loading capacity.??
