Imagine a tangerine. Feel its weight, colour, skin and smell. Now throw it in your other hand and catch it. Flip the tangerine from hand to hand.

Now catch the tangerine with your dominant hand and place it on top of your head. Touch this place gently. Imagine a tangerine lying there; at this time, you lower your arms and relax your shoulders. You can imagine that this is a magical tangerine, and it will stay where you put it.

Slowly close your eyes and hold the tangerine on your head. Pay attention to changes in the physical and mental condition during this procedure. You will feel relaxed and knowledgeable. Leaving your eyes closed, visualize the field of view.

Manage the feeling of relaxed awareness after you open your eyes and start reading.

By experimenting with this technique, you will be able to more easily absorb the material you read and will do so at a very high speed. You will develop the ability to concentrate on information and reading will become more relaxing.

However, this state of relaxation is not like sleepiness. Rather, you focus your brain on something with a sense of inner peace. You have access to all internal natural resources.
