It often involves manipulation, favoritism, and backstabbing, which can lead to a toxic work environment, low morale, and reduced productivity. Internal politics can also hinder an organization's ability to innovate and compete in a fast-paced market. Furthermore, talented employees are likely to leave an organization with a political culture, leading to a loss of knowledge and experience.

Organizations that are able to keep internal politics out tend to be more successful. They have higher levels of employee engagement, better communication, and a more collaborative culture. They can also move faster and make more informed decisions, which is critical in today's fast-paced business environment.

I Agree 100%. When you allow Clicks to develop in your Company You will lose many valuable employees and customers, and important 3rd Party Business Partners who start receiving conflicting internal intel. Unfortunately, some employees work just to keep their jobs and hide their lack of Business Acumen.
