Good Morning Vodacom, Please assist, The above order was placed on the 28th of March 2022, approved, and handed to SkyNet for delivery. Since then, we have continued to follow up with no assistance received. The Vodacom call centre agents are not able to advise on the status of the order, the courier partner (RAM or SkyNet) nor the estimated location or delivery date. Initially we were advised to wait 7 working days and phone back so the order can be escalated, we however receive the same scripted responses each time the call centre is contacted with no answers. I am happy to cancel the order at this point, so please feel free to cancel and confirm.

Hi Vodacom, I bought a R500 electricity voucher on the VodaPay App and didn’t receive a token number. It is now 2 weeks without a resolution, and I’ve contacted Vodacom numerous times and no resolution is being provided. My service request number is EC-1LTH-1VCS8L. Please assist.
