In fact, studies show that leaders misjudge their employees' motivation level, job and employer satisfaction, and the sense of belonging that workers feel within the organization. It's essential for leaders to bridge this gap in understanding to foster a more productive and engaged workforce.

In this article i will come up with solutions to deal with that will help with dealing with this issue because if not tamed it will lead to fly by night resignations.
