How Being True to Yourself Can Help You Be Your Best

What a year! For any of us the past 12 months have been tumultuous. In one way or another. Although i'm sure for many, the same is true in any 12 month period.
With sadness I've lost another of my great animal friends, my dear dog. Cosmo died a couple of days ago. And who was 16 years old and had a few ailments over the last couple of years. Which i'd been supporting him with. From herbal remedies, homeopathy, massage to tellington touch. All things I've learnt a lot about over the years in developing my website.
I also took my Cosmo to regular veterinary physiotherapy sessions. With the great Sarah Brick at West Country Canine Therapies.
I know that many people wouldn't have gone to the lengths that I did to support him over recent times. But it was my pleasure. Doing the best that I could to help him, is how I approach everything in my life. Doing the best that I can in everything that I do. There can be no regrets then. Of course loving what you're doing helps. And I loved Cosmo with all my heart.
Being congruent in life to me means, doing what you're saying you're going to do. Giving every aspect of your life the same level of attention. Not deciding not to bother. I've heard this saying many times:
How you do one thing is how you do everything.
It's never too late to make a change - if you want to!
