Funny enough, if I look back I've already talked with over 20.000+ agents last 12 months of my life and it changed everything.

I'm extremely grateful for my network, for the community and love all those agents that truly enjoy & are committed to serving more people.

Because of that, I want to make sure I give you today some insights I've learned so you can crush it in your market.

Being convergent in real estate is all about:

1) Service > Sales

If you're committed to serve people and help them get to their outcomes then you will get more appointments and sales. Being present and doing whatever it takes is one of the best USP's in real estate.

2) Focus on Mindset

Rather than focusing on short term strategies that will make you successful, realize that the main game in real estate is the mindset of building up your personal brand as the go-to fellow human being who helps sellers and buyers in your market. That's it.

3) Focus on Relationships

Real estate is a game of relationships and getting a ton of volume on that. Truly helping people and building meaningful relationships will open up your database. As you know any phone call, meeting, open house, social media post is all about building rapport and relationship with your community.
