How Becoming Limitless Led to 25% Growth & 70 Days Off A Year

  • Implemented time models, model meetings, client meeting surges, client service models, fee increases, and staffing changes, and launched a new growth strategy.
  • Held more personalized and present client conversations, deepening his role as a Trusted Advisor.
  • Deepened his relationships with Centers of Influence.

The result? Neal drove 25% revenue growth that first year, while making major changes, taking Fridays off and spending 70 days out of the office living his life more fully. And he just keeps growing, but now without all the stress…
