Life Multipliers are the core life skills that give you leverage. They can give you huge gains in multiple aspects of your life at the same time. They are like foundational skills that life your confidence, ability and effectiveness to a whole new level.

1. Self-Empowerment

The first core skill is self-empowerment. This is the ability to cultivate sustainable motivation and to have confidence about what you wish to achieve.

This skill impacts attitude towards challenges or problems. For a person with this skill, they will stay positive and motivated about stepping out of their comfort zone or when facing challenges in life.

Having this skill means being able to fully understand your goals and your motivation to do so. Some solid examples of this in daily life are things like waking up and going to work with a sense of purpose. You recognize that your job is an opportunity for you to grow and learn. Not only that but the work itself is something you’re passionate about. You’ve likely worked in this industry for a long time and still have the same level of enthusiasm since day one because you know this is what you want to do.

For those lacking the Self-Empowerment skill, it’s akin to drifting through life. There are so many people who don’t want to be working or seem to complain about various issues. But if you asked them what sort of plans they have to change their situation, some likely won’t have a strategy while others lack the motivation to make any change in their situation. Again, they’re drifting through life with no particular purpose.

2. Self-Control

Self-Control? is the ability to consistently set clear goals and have plans set out for yourself. Not only that, but you will be capable of following through with these plans with no problems or hesitations. On a motivation standpoint, you won’t run into problems.

That being said, people who have these skill are still aware of challenges. And thus, they’ll build constructive habits, routines and systems in order to support the goals they have. They’ll also design them in such a way that when they have them down pat, they will stick to them and can’t be easily removed.

At the end of the day, Self-Control boils down to discipline and determination to achieve anything. People with this skill recognize that success and growth doesn’t come overnight. Consistency is their policy and so long as they stick to it, they’ll grow in any area in life with this sort of model.

A great example of Self-Control in further detail is the idea of New Year's resolutions. For the average person, there is absolutely no Self-Control for those who set these because for most, they go through a cycle. This same concept holds true in cases like network marketing pitches as well.

The idea is that New Year’s resolutions are meant to hype you up and get you really excited for them. For most, they’ll easily jump on board with those ideas and try them out for a little bit.

But in the case of so many people, they tend to drop off and seem to give up entirely. That is what lack of Self-Control is about. It’s about high energy that eventually dwindles down. But for those who do have Self-Control, they’re the types to stick through it and find a way to make those challenges work. They’ll continue to grow their business or stick to the habit despite problems or issues.

3. Renewable Vitality

Renewable Vitality is your health condition. This skill focuses on your physical capabilities and everything else that has to do with that.

Someone who has good Renewable Vitality is someone who eats right, exercises regularly, and also makes and has healthy lifestyle habits. On top of that, they are the type of person who has a lot of energy and has no issues handling tasks that the day throws at them. They seem to have a well of energy.

Getting into more specifics, they may have a lot of energy due to the fact they limit preservatives in their bodies, focus on drinking a lot of water over coffee, or they have morning stretches and exercises to prime them for the day.

Anyone who is lacking this particular skill will feel left behind in other aspects of life. Most of the reasons boils down to the lack of energy.?

People who lack this skill are likely eating out a lot or eaingt generally unhealthy foods; smoking, or consuming alcohol on a regular basis; exercising very little.

4. Emotion Mastery

Emotion Mastery follows the idea that someone has mastery over their own emotions. They are able to manage and change their emotions depending on the situation to the point they can feel and cope with various situations. This also means these individuals are able to acknowledge and reframe negativity or negative situations into specific actions that they can take to make a difference in their lives and in others.

When you have a solid Emotion Mastery skill, you’ll feel mentally stronger, happier and can build relationships with just about anyone. Another way to see Emotion Mastery is recognizing the person has high emotional intelligence.

Daily examples of Emotion Mastery is being generally flexible with your decisions individually and in group dynamics; spending time together with co-workers, family, or with yourself outside of typical environments; taking up active listening in various situations both at work and at home; being able to inspire others or to maintain group confidence, optimism, and enthusiasm; and in general, having empathy and strong communication skills.

5. Conscious Communication

A person with the Conscious Communication skill understands that others’ ideas are important and that they are able to express and deliver their own thoughts and feelings clearly as well. This isn’t quite like Emotion Mastery as this particular one focuses on providing influence in relationships and building reliable ones.?

It focuses more on trusting elements as people who have Conscious Communication skills can build both reliable and trusting relationships with any person. Not only that but they are a positive influence in other people’s lives.

For those who lack this skill, they tend to be people who struggle to communicate well; express ideas and words poorly through rambling, avoiding eye contact or making off-color and inappropriate jokes; and generally have a barrier up when it comes to trusting individuals or even conversing with people.

6. Smart Focus

A person that has the Smart Focus skill is someone that can get things done in the most effective and efficient manner. They understand they need to work hard, but they recognize that working smart also pays off quite well too. As such, they work in this method in order to have more control over their own time.

Another way to think about this is that individuals with this skill are people who have well-thought out and organized plans. These plans are what keeps them ahead of the rest and are able to succeed in life. In terms of what sort of plans they have, these can be as simple as consulting a vision board or they have goals written out.

7. Learning & Adaptability

The next skill is Learning & Adaptability. This is the skill where you can master any knowledge or skill quickly. These are the type of people who can handle change and instead of resisting on instinct like most others, they embrace it and can incorporate these changes quickly in their lives.

This also applies to other aspects of life outside of mere workplace or industry changes. Things like incorporating new goals, new realizations or other relationships are things they can embrace and are eager to get into.

With the help of this skill, these individuals are taking a growth-oriented mindset and are always growing. These individuals know they can succeed at anything so long as they are passionate about that particular aspect.

8. Constructive Thinking

At the end of the day, Constructive Thinking boils down to having a clear mind. These are the people who can use their memory and brain power to not only be creative, but can solve problems in an effective manner.

People with this skill are able to come up with innovative solutions for all manner of problems in their lives.

This is important because people behave in two ways to events: either we instinctively react or we proactively choose how we respond and feel about those situations. Those with Constructive Thinking will be those who do the latter rather than the former.

Some other examples of those who have the skill of Constructive Thinking will often focus on tasks at hand and not the negative emotions they feel about what they’re doing if any. They aren’t the type of people to let negative situations blow out of proportion. They also recognize that failure is part of the process towards success.
