I think what India HR’s need to learn is to share a brief or if time permits than a detailed feedback of the candidate and not just say “we will not move forward with you or you are not being shortlisted”. May be it’s not just the HR but the hiring manager should also give some valuable feedback or insight regarding the candidate’s performance in the interview and what he/she needs to focus on and what is his strong point etc.
