How To Become a Magnificent TCO

Today, I want to speak to dental nurses that are looking at becoming magnificent TCOs.?

And also newly appointed TCOs. Or have you just become a TCO? Or are you thinking about it, but you are feeling a little bit lost??

Not sure what your role involves??

Haven't got much direction as to what your role involves? Well, you are not alone.?

I was here five years ago. I was in the same position. I was a brand-new TCO, with no experience of that job.?

The practice hadn't had a TCO before either. But we knew at the back of our minds what the plan kind of was, but we needed to get the plan into action.?

I am receiving lots and lots of messages all of the time. And this is a biggie. So it's often a new TCO, ‘don't really know what I'm doing day to day’.?

‘I haven't really been given any direction or a plan. So can you help me give me some steps really, and some ideas of what I should be doing in a day-to-day job as a TCO?’
