How to become a long-stay resident of Italy without respecting the quotas

Some examples:

1. Secondment visa or Blue Card (Highly Qualified workers): these permits do not need to comply with Decreto Flussi (quotas). For these categories of workers entry into Italy is permitted throughout the year without any numerical limit, including managers or highly specialized personnel of foreign companies with headquarters, branches, or representative offices in Italy.

2. Retirement visa (no quotas: a minimum threshold must be met without having to work, plus availability of a home and a home suitability certificate, plus insurance)

3. Investor visa (500.000 Euro funding in a business/company: WARNING possession/purchase of Real Estates in Italy is not an eligible investment for this type of visa; OR 250.000 E. investment in a start-up; OR 2.000.000,00 E. in State Bonds; 1.000.000,00 philanthropic activities)

4. The new visa for Remote Workers and Digital Nomads is already in place since April 19 April 2024 our consulates will be soon ready with the relative formalities. Minimum Salary needed + Health Insurance + Proven Experience in the field.
