How To Become The Best Version of Yourself In A Month?

This is not very easy, but if you follow these steps you can improve yourself within 48 Hours-

  • Whenever you lie down on your bed to relax, rather than listening to music or watching funny videos, do listen to Bhajan or Hanuman Chalisa. Well, this helps you to maintain somewhat of a safe distance from negativity, and the music of Bhajan which includes Tabla and harmonium helps you increase your will power.
  • After bathing, take a heavy breakfast. Try to avoid bread and biscuits in the morning since they are known for decreasing your appetite. So, instead of those, anything healthy would be nice.
  • If you don’t like reading, don’t sweat it, I’m not forcing you into anything. But if you want to bring some improvements to yourself then you need to develop this habit. You can start watching English stories on YouTube and while doing that, always keep an eye on the subtitles.
  • Analyze your weakness, Accept your weakness, and start Working on it. Most people can’t improve themselves because they don’t accept their weaknesses. No one is born perfect, what you do to get rid of your imperfection matters the most.
  • A day has 24 hours, but you need to cut out half an hour for yourself. In that time, talk with yourself, set your goal, ask yourselves questions, and plan your future journey.
  • Life is a journey, and a journey without a destination is waste. So set short term goals in your life which help you to determine your strength, and sharpen your skills. Achievement of goal also helps you to motivate you to be a better version of yourself.
  • Polish your skills and don’t let society to take advantage of them. Do whatever which helps you to polish your skill.
  • Stop being jealous of others. I would recommend you to become a part of their happy time. Nowadays most people are not happy to see other’s happiness and when you learn to enjoy other’s happiness then and only then you can develop a better version of yourselves.
  • when you just wake up in the morning, stretch your body on the bed. It energizes you and helps you to not to sleep again. Other than just stretching while waking up, I would recommend you to stretch quite often.

Also, mindless chatting and brooding over the past needs to be checked regularly. We need to be more attentive and mindful about every small thing that we do. Journaling ideas and goals on weekly basis could also help.
