How to become a bad ass today

This week it's short and sweet because I’m in serious bad ass training and I’ve discovered a really easy way to up level life and I want to share it with you asap, no flowers, no sugar coating, just straight up here it is.
Whatever it is that you want from this one wild and precious life right now I want you to say it out loud. ?Don’t hesitate, no pause, no ‘oh can I really ask for that?’, just say what you want right now with no hesitation. ?
And for the next week I want you start your morning and end your evening with the following words:
I am the woman / man / human who has / is xxx (you fill in the blank)
Then put your hand on your heart, say the words ‘I love you’ followed by your own name - awkward I know but do it because it works and it’s low effort :-)
Then repeat - I am the woman / man / human who has / is xxx (fill in the blank)
Say thank you that my heart is still beating, say thank you that my breath is still breathing and say thank you that I am growing and expanding
Say thank you for anyone or anything else that you are grateful for in this moment

Take three deep breaths in and out feeling your power, your resilience, your strength
And now here’s the game changer!
At any moment throughout the day when a negative or unhelpful thought comes into your mind, a thought about lack, about weakness, about not enough, a doubt in your own capacities, someone makes you feel less than, make this statement, make your statement:
I am the woman / man / human who has / is xxx (you fill in the blank)
And then when something in your week doesn’t got to plan, someone acts like an A-hole towards you or you feel disappointed things aren’t going your way I want you to repeat the phrase above and add - ‘this right now is only a moment in time’.
Do this for an entire week and notice how you feel, notice how your confidence and energy increase, notice that you feel more positive and hopeful, notice all the good things in life right now. ?I even expect that you’ll start taking more concrete steps towards whatever it is you desire for your life, because you feel it’s really possible to have or be whatever it is you’re craving.
