How to become an Agile Leader?

My personal experience tells that leadership is not something granted with a title, but something you have to demonstrate continuously being a role-model and only then it becomes recognised.

Therefore, it is not enough to send your team to different trainings and give them ability to experiment in a safe-to-fail environment that you have to create and maintain... you need to demonstrate your own continuous learning, advancement and inspire the team.

When was the last time I've attended a training? What did I learn? How much of what I have learned I was able to apply? What was the effect for my organization? How do I measure? When was the ROI achieved? All these are important questions every manager should be asking himself/herself.
