How to Become 1% BETTER Everyday?
In today's newsletter edition, I will go into all the details of what it takes to get 1% better every day—whether it's learning a language or baking cookies, getting better at your job, or changing your life. It really is an easy process to follow if you have some kind of goal in mind, and if you commit yourself to these steps, you can expect huge results!
When we become 1% better at anything every day! we are able to accomplish so much more in the same amount of time. We can hit our deadlines earlier, work smarter, and be more productive!
We can't really say how much it impacts our productivity—it's hard to measure. But the benefits are clear: we're more efficient, which means we get more done, faster.
The result of being 1% better at anything is that you become significantly more productive!
For better clarity, If we do the math for ourselves, only by getting 1% better at something every day, then in 365 days that's a full 37% improvement. I am not sure what you'd do with all that extra time, but I do know that with that kind of productivity boost, your business would thrive!
On the contrary, If you don't push yourself up and get 1% worse every day, you can see in the below image how drastically it drops your entire productivity!
It's not just about improving your productivity though, it's also about improving your relationships with other people and the world around you. You'll be able to communicate more effectively with people who are already on your side due to their increased understanding of how they can help make things go better for everyone involved.
And finally—this should go without saying—but there's a direct correlation between the productivity gains you get from becoming significantly better at something every day and your overall happiness level as well as your overall health levels (both physical and mental). It's just another reason why staying up-to-date on new skills is so important!
The easiest way to become 1% better at anything is to make it a habit as mentioned by James Clear in his book Atomic Habits.
We all have the ability to make our lives better, but most of us don't know what it takes to do so. It's easy to get bogged down in the daily grind and forget how much we already do for ourselves and others.
Once we start becoming 1% better every day, The result will look like the below image, It's like gearing up your bike and once the bike gets in sync, it only rises up!

The first step towards becoming 1% better every day is making sure you're getting some rest each night. The second step is prioritizing your health by eating healthy food and exercising regularly.
Second, try to bring other people into your life who will help you reach your goals. For example, if you want to learn how to play the guitar, invite a friend over who plays well so that both of you can practice together. This way, you'll both become more motivated because one person's success will inspire another person's success!
The third step is working on your relationships with people around you—the people who love you and care about you, as well as those who challenge you and help you grow.
Once these three habits are in place, you can focus on other areas of your life that need improvement—your career, finances, or relationships with family members or friends could all use some work!
Last but not the least- let's change our mindset in order to be in sync with your current effort. Instead of thinking about how much time has passed since your last success (or failure), why don't you think about the time remaining before your next one? How could you use this time differently? What will happen when those few hours are up and gone? Will they disappear forever? Can they be changed so they don't feel like a waste of time?
We've all been there: you've been working really hard for a while and you think that's it, now you're done. But then two days later, when you've still got nothing to show for it, it's like we all forgot how hard we tried. And maybe that's fine—maybe we should just accept our own mediocrity or whatever—but if we stop thinking of ourselves as something less than great, then maybe we can start believing in ourselves again!
