Carefully looking into the list of ingredients she set the oven to 163 degrees.
Greasing the pan with some butter she sprinkled a light layer of flour and rotated the pan to spread it evenly, gently tapping the pan off the excess flour.
She pulled out a bowl and mixed butter and sugar making it fluffy and creamy.
She cracked the eggs one by one into the bowl adding in some vanilla essence and beating the mixture until it united to be one.
Using a wooden spoon she stirred in the flour bit by bit, being cautious not to overmix.
She transferred the batter to the pan and evened it down with a spatula.
She Bakes it for 1hr 15 mins. The aroma fills in the kitchen and into the backyard where the kids are playing hide and Seek. They rushed in to relish the fluffy cake served with chocolate sauce and berries.
Watching everyone enjoy the cake made her a happier soul.
