How a bad CEO makes a growing brand get cancerously shrinking

CEO in any company is at the driving seat and everyone onboard looks at him. Well, just incase if you get a bad driver, what do you expect. The bad CEOs are out there, making people fool and investors foolish. They are cleaver beings because somehow they get there, where they do not deserve to be.

Have you heard of that monkey, that somehow became king of a big kingdom and when war was there his soldiers asked the combat strategy and that wise monkey started jumping from one tree to another and the monkey ordered his commander, go on you too start jumping over trees and that’s the strategy.   

So the question is, how to find out these black sheep’s and are there any key qualities these bad CEOs have in common.

1.      They do not have a human heart, they look numbers and they value numbers over employee grooming.

2.      They lack eye of wisdom, that key sense of being a leader, its what they miss when dealing with juniors.

3.      They don’t listen thus not able to imagine great ideas coming from down, they just think, their own thoughts are premium and others are all crap and non sense.

4.      They are made of entirely artificial personality while in they are actually someone entirely different.

5.      They are generally confused, unable to evaluate things properly.
