Has anyone ever pointed something out to you...

It stops filtering out these things in front of you. 

Be it a car you've decided you want or an annoying habit! 

And it's something that can be massively important in finding a new career too. 

How much time can you honestly say you've spend deciding what you want next in your career?

I bet you've spent more time planning your next holiday than you have your career, right? 

Most people are waiting for an opportunity to land right in front of their faces. 

And they think they will know it when they see it.

But let's go back to the Baader-Meinhof Phenomenon. 

Your brain won't notice these things because it doesn't know what to look for!

So, if you're serious about finding and landing a new career?

1. Set aside some quality time. 
2. Write down the things you want your career to give you.
3. Write down the skills you enjoy using. 
4. Match these things up with potential job titles.

And once you've outlined what it is you want.

You'll literally see the opportunities right in front of your eyes! ??
