  • Upskill and Reskill : In this every changing fast paced world , it is very important to keep self – Upskilled and Reskilled and stay competitive in the career Journey
  • Eat well balanced diet : ?Choose right diet like foods rich in nutrients and vitamins which gives more energy and calories and less in fat .
  • Acceptance: Accept the fact that we cannot control everything so it is of no use spending more energy and time on certain things which cannot be controlled or even changed. Shift the focus towards things that can be changed or controlled

The Employee Burnout Or Workplace Burnout is truly a huge risk for Organizations. These need to be addressed on priority with lot of Employee Engagement, Leadership before it reaches irreparable damage to the organizations. This can have a huge impact on Employee Branding.
