How to Avoid suddenly damage ??!!!
In new cement plants there are more than one unit for mega planetary gear unit
because cement manufacturers trends directed to vertical mills than horizontal
my friend has directed to me some explanation need to clearfy by your suggestions so let me ask some questions and kindly I need your support to tell me your experience in this topic
1- How to make oil analysis results so effective and actual for this gear unit if you know that gear unit take more than 8000 liter
How to make oil sample is represent actual indication for any malfunction???
2- if there are signs for pitting and there are unusual sound heard when it is running
How could I fix this problem in planning maintenance not corrective action ??
In your opinion kindly let me know what is the longest period could I keep mill running by this error ??
3- Are there any necessity to add magnetic filter to prevent debris to circulate inside hydraulic system ?
4- There are new surface technology from Rewitec company to fix any pitting signs
Do you know this technology valid or not in our case ?
5- I so sorry when I have told you that all new electronic technologies for predicting any malfunction still far from reliability
