Happens. I was working with a client on website development and the client started asking for features that were not part of the initial agreement. For additional features, we revised the budget and furnished a Change Request Form after getting the client on the same page. Plus redirecting the team, project timelines, etc.

I was managing a social media account for a retail company and they kept requesting more and more content to be posted daily, even though our initial agreement was for only 3 posts per week. It became overwhelming to keep up with their demands while maintaining the quality of the content. I had to have a very blunt conversation with the client to set some boundaries, and worked out a new clause in the contract for additional payment beyond what was already agreed upon.
